All orders placed here at TiffanysRealm.com are fulfilled by myself (Tiffany) and my assistant/super-husband Luke! We personally inspect and package, and in a lot of cases, hand-make your order. Most prints are made right here in my workshop, and occasionally we work with a local business to produce special or over-sized prints.
While we process your order ourselves, we don’t process the credit cards ourselves. We use PayPal to process the credit cards as part of our effort to maintain the highest level of security possible. We never see your credit card information, we don’t store it, and we definitely don’t share it.
If you don’t want to order online for any reason at all, just add everything you want to your cart, checkout, and select the personal cheque option. Once we receive your check and it has cleared, we will ship your order out right away!
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. We don’t charge for handling or packaging. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, however please keep in mind that we are only two people, one of us has another full-time job, I have to do things like paint new pictures, and we have a small child. Sometimes we are sick, or just really busy, and order processing times may be longer as a result.
We always do our best to pack your order as safely as possible. We’ve shipped all over the world at this point, so we have a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn’t. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about package handlers who are less than gentle with your package. If you receive your order and it was damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since we are a small home-based business, we generally do not accept returns. If we have made an error we will of course correct your order, but we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
But, why? Well, in the past returned merchandise has not arrived packaged as safely as it was sent, and was frequently damaged and unsellable. That makes returns for our small business simply unsustainable, and would put us out of business if we accepted returns.
If you e-mail us before your order has shipped, we can help you to cancel, change, or add items. But if your order has already shipped, there is nothing we can do. Thanks for understanding.
